{"id":10190,"date":"2014-09-09T09:25:00","date_gmt":"2014-09-09T08:25:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.marketingderby.co.uk\/2014\/09\/09\/2014-9-11-675m-hi-tech-hub-opens\/"},"modified":"2022-02-21T15:19:41","modified_gmt":"2022-02-21T15:19:41","slug":"2014-9-11-675m-hi-tech-hub-opens","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.marketingderby.co.uk\/news\/2014-9-11-675m-hi-tech-hub-opens\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00a36.75m Hi-Tech Hub Opens"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px\"><span>Bondholder and producer of parts for high-performance sports and racing cars,&amp;nbsp;epm:technology&amp;nbsp;has now commenced production at its new \u00a36.75m hi-tech factory.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>\u201cA world-class factory in a world-class location, with a world-class workforce\u201d is how managing director, Graham Mulholland described the move.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Marketing Derby Bondholders have supported the move&amp;nbsp;-&amp;nbsp;Ivygrove Developments&amp;nbsp;were responsible for constructing the building, legal advice services were provided by&amp;nbsp;Smith Partnership, and&amp;nbsp;Salloway&amp;nbsp;put the property deal together.<\/p>\n<p><span>In total,&amp;nbsp;epm:technology&amp;nbsp;has moved 103 staff to its state-of-the-art, purposely designed new manufacturing site in Raynesway, the most advanced of its kind in Europe.
